These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dynasty Growth Engine (“DGE”, “we”, “us”) websites and services, including the public discovery pages. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we do

DGE helps people discover and connect with trusted businesses and professionals. We may route your request to businesses that can serve you based on your search and the information you provide.

2) User responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Use the service lawfully and do not abuse or attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not submit someone else’s phone number or email without their permission.

3) Text messaging terms (consent + opt-out)

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages from DGE and/or our business partners related to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

We may maintain consent records (opt-in submissions) for compliance purposes. If you opt out, we will honor your opt-out going forward.

4) No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that a business will contact you, that you will receive offers, or that you will book a service. Businesses are independent and control their own pricing, availability, and services.

5) Third-party services

We may use third-party providers (for example messaging services, hosting, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. DGE is not responsible for the services provided by businesses you connect with through the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes.
